Before You Open Your Package
Please record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package until the product is fully visible.
This video helps us verify if a product has been damaged during transit or if there has been an issue before it reached you.
In the absence of an unboxing video, we will unfortunately be unable to process claims related to damaged, missing or incorrect products.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must:
• Be unused and unworn.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all tags, cards and accessories received with it.
• Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving it.

- The unboxing video.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We'll review everything carefully and work towards the most appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different piece, we'll be happy to assist you with placing a new order once the original return has been completed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
