Cancellation Policy
At THE HOUSE OF SUFI, we understand that plans can change.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at:
Include:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Cancellation
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If eligible, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
